Our Bobo Cha Cha features a hearty medley of sweet potatoes and yam simmered gently in creamy coconut milk, finished with fragrant Gula Melaka that lends the dessert its signature caramel richness. Soft root vegetables are complemented by chewy tapioca jellies, adding a playful contrast of textures in every spoonful. Pandan leaves are infused into the dessert giving it its distinctive fragrance and aroma, rounding out the flavours with a familiar Southeast Asian warmth.
