This rejuvenating dessert soup features peach gum, known for its soft, jelly-like bite, paired with snow-white white fungus (tremella) which gives the broth its naturally silky body. Lightly infused with fragrant osmanthus blossoms, the result is a dessert that is subtly floral, gently sweet and beautifully refreshing. Double-boiled carefully over hours, this process allows for the natural flavours to be extracted while keeping the nutritional value of the ingredients intact.

Often enjoyed as a “beauty dessert”, peach gum is traditionally appreciated for its collagen-supporting properties, making this a dessert that nourishes while it delights.

To cater to smaller families or lighter appetites, we’ve packed these desserts in resealable zip-lock pouches so they can be enjoyed over several sittings.
