The most tender part of pork, suitable for very young children and the elderly. An excellent source of protein, thiamine, vitamin B6, phosphorus and niacin and a good source of riboflavin, potassium and zinc.
Meat is tender. No nasties. Use it for stir fry with prawns & celery. It was really good. Also cook porridge with it.
