While our Spanish Iberico Ham is the smallest of the lot, it is certainly no slouch when it comes to flavour. The distinct nuttiness of the prized pork comes through with every slice of this boneless ham, punctuated by a distinct, smokey flavour. Be it thinly sliced or served in thick, country-style cuts, our Iberico Ham is definitely one to impress!
Serves: 4-6 pax
Total Cooking Time: 20 minutes (excluding preheating)
Serving Suggestions: Ready to serve chilled. Alternatively, for better presentation, you may choose to reheat the ham.
- Glaze the Ham with honey.
- Place the Iberico Ham into a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Storage Guide: Keep in the chiller for up to 2 months from date of production. Refer to the product packaging. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
