Crafted in-house using fresh scallions slowly simmered in a blend of premium soy sauces, garlic, and onions, this oil captures the deep, savoury essence of old-school hawker flavours with a clean, modern finish. No artificial flavouring — just patience, technique, and ingredients that speak for themselves.

Our Crispy Fried Garlic is crafted in small batches for consistency, every golden bit releases a deep, aromatic fragrance with a subtle sweetness that elevates any dish it touches.
