Broccoli microgreens contains high levels of vitamin C and nutrients for an immune system boost. Including small amounts of broccoli microgreens in diets will allow us to get our greens intake settled easily. This makes it suitable for children, who more often than not reject mature vegetables for its strong taste. These versatile greens are also one of the few that are highly recommended as a fibre source for pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs).
To store, keep chilled for up to 2 weeks.
To consume, cut 1-2 cm above the cocomat, wash and enjoy!
