Our GG™ French Poulet 安心鸡™ Chicken Bones are Certified Organic, 100% Hormones, Antibiotics, and Chlorine Free!
They are free-roaming and at no time caged up. The chickens are fed a mixture of vegetarian feed and probiotics, and closely monitored and cared for by animal husbandry and veterinarians. Our chickens are delivered fresh, never frozen!
Cleaning and trimming of chicken:
- Excess fats will be removed
Serving Suggestions: These chicken bones will be your best bet in whipping up an easy solid pot of nutritious golden broth. Expect nothing but only the healthiest essence cooked into liquid goodness.
- Chiller: Up to 5 days as we vacuum pack your chicken, which extends the shelf life conservatively by 50% (usually it’s 3 days for non-vacuumed chickens)
- Freezer: Up to 6 months
Pro Tip for Safe Handling:
Don’t wash the chicken before cooking; washing may cause dangerous bacteria like Salmonella to splash around your kitchen. If you insist on washing chicken meat, consider doing so in a sink of water rather than under a running tap. However, we recommend cooking the chicken without washing it to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
Special Remarks:
- Colour variations in our organic AnXin Chickens are completely natural and acceptable as they are fed a holistic mixture of corn, soy, vitamins, organic selenium, orgacids, origadia and glucosamine.
- As much as we try our best to include similar sized cuts in your package, organically grown chickens do vary in sizes. Please be comfortable when some pieces differ in sizes from each other.
