Introducing Quan Shui’s Handmade Pork Jowl Kong Bak Bao! As we are excited to launch our own Dim Sum offerings to replicate Uncle Oh's original recipe since his retirement, we aim to add more variety to our Dim Sum collection for all Pasar Kakis!

Our Kong Bak Bao uses succulent pork jowl, known for its higher fat content and rich flavour. Every piece of pork is slow-cooked in stew based off our secret recipe. 

Braised to perfection for a melt-in-your-mouth experience, expect to taste a perfect balance between savoury fats and meaty chunks wrapped in a soft and pillowy bao.

Following Uncle Oh's retirement, Our Quan Shui’s Handmade Signature Pork Jowl Kong Bak Bao are now produced in-house with the blessing and guidance of everyone's beloved Uncle Oh!

Made right here in Singapore, Quan Shui’s Handmade Kong Bak Bao is made without MSG or artificial preservatives!
