Our Signature Lo Mai Kai are handmade by our uncle Mr Oh (that’s right, the son of our grandpa Mr Oh Quan Shui) who has been making and selling dim sum for over 4 decades!
Made with flavoured glutinous rice, topped with delicious chicken chunks, this handmade Lo Mai Kai is made with no artificial preservatives. Store them in the freezer.

Recommended Preparation Method - Steam
For best taste, we recommend steaming the Lo Mai Kai.
- First, you need to remove the plastic lid of the Lo Mai Kai (MUST!)
- Upon boiling of water, steam the frozen Lo Mai Kai for approx. 12 minutes.
- Flip Lo Mai Kai and empty it onto a plate to serve.
