This Premium Spanish Iberico Pork Party Platter includes:
- Iberico Pork Ribs 1 x 700g
- Iberico Nurnberger Sausage x 2 pcs
- Iberico Chorizo Sausage x 2 pcs
- Iberico Meat Balls x 24 pcs
Serves: 4-6 pax
Total Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (approx 10 minutes)
- Remove from packaging 30 minutes before reheating.
- Place the Iberico Pork Ribs into the oven first and reheat for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, place the Iberico Nurnberger Sausages, Iberico Chorizo Sausages, and Iberico Meat Balls in pre-heated oven together with the pork ribs at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Storage Guide: Based on feedback to allow faster preparation, we will be delivering our Christmas items mostly in chilled form. Do not refreeze. Please refer to the date on the packaging (approximately mid-January 2024).

(ii) Our standard delivery schedule is from 12pm to 7pm. It is highly recommended that you select a delivery date ONE DAY BEFORE your scheduled party to ensure that it reaches you in time for feasting.
(iii) Due to the unpredictable monsoon weather and traffic conditions, as much as we will try to ensure prompt delivery of your Christmas Market orders, we will not be liable for delays in delivery that is beyond our control.
